About Me

Yes, Frost is my real name.

I was born on the hottest day of summer in Taiwan, and my parents gave me a name that is cool and water-like to balance it out. When I moved to the U.S., I simply translated it into English.

Now that you know the story of my name, I guess we’ve properly met! :)

I’ve spent my career building systems for consumer growth and revenue optimization. I think a lot about how to create better experiences for users while making businesses and industries sustainable.

These are the questions I often discuss with friends: how people discover products, how companies grow, how decisions get made, and how technology changes behavior. I learn tremendously from these conversations, especially from the wise ones, but I rarely write them down.

That is why this blog exists.
